Lisbeth Zechner
Lisbeth Zechner is a Natura 2000 site manager and official expert for nature conservation in the Styrian central region. As an ornithologist and grasshopper expert, she was involved in the elaboration of the Atlas of Breeding Birds in Styria, the Distribution Atlas of Grasshoppers in Austria and the Red Lists of grasshoppers in Austria and Styria. 2013-2023 LIFE project coordinator for a bird conservation project and a grasshopper project in southern France
Lisbeth Zechner ist Europaschutzgebietsbeauftragte und amtliche Sachverständige für Naturschutz in der Steiermark Referat Anlagen, Naturschutz und Baukultur - Verwaltung - Land Steiermark. Als Ornithologin und Heuschrecken-Expertin war sie beispielsweise an der Erstellung des Brutvogelatlas der Steiermark, des Verbreitungsatlas der Heuschrecken in Österreich sowie der Roten Listen der Heuschrecken in Österreich und der Steiermark beteiligt. 2013–2023 LIFE-Projektkoordinatorin für ein Vogelschutzprojekt und ein Heuschreckenprojekt in Südfrankreich
